Richard Smith

Richard Paul Smith, 63, of Folkston, Georgia passed away September 13, 2019 in Fernandina Beach, FL at the Warner Center for Caring.  For the past few months, Richard had lived with his sister, Janice Conner in Hilliard, FL.  He was born January 14, 1956 in Folkston, GA to the late Colvin Smith and Ruby Brooks Smith.  He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother:  Olcott Colvin “Buddy” Smith, III.  He is survived by his sister:  Janice (Ronnie) Conner, and numerous other special family members and friends.

A graveside funeral service will be held Sunday, September 15 at 3:00 in Pineview Cemetery in Folkston, GA.
