Gary Allen, Sr.

Gary Leonard Allen, Sr., 75, of Folkston, GA passed away Sunday, October 3, 2021.  He was born in Statesboro, GA to the late Leonard and Evelyn Allen.  He proudly served his country in the US Air Force.  He was a member of the VFW in Folkston, GA and the American Legion Post 130 in Folkston, GA.  He was also a member of the First Baptist Church of Folkston.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister:  Faye Davis.

He is survived by his wife:  Janet S. Allen; a son:  Gary Allen, Jr.; step-children:  Jessica Bland and Jeremy Scribner; grandchildren:  Sadie Allen and Tripp Vega; great grandchildren:  Raylen Manning, Sophie Bland and Raleigh Scribner.

Memorialization will be by cremation.
